Meet Risa
Did that subject line catch your attention?! Although she's a little more furry than our first two, yes, we are the proud parents of a new golden retriever. This is the latest edition to the Pfaffinger 4. Meet Risa (pronounced R-e-e-s-a). She was born on May 20 on a farm just minutes up the road and came to us about 3 weeks ago. Karis thought we should name her Risa, meaning laughter in Spanish, and she is livin
g up to her namesake giving both of the kids lots to giggle about as they play with her on the lawn out back. While Karis prefers to play with Risa on the swings, Kaden has decided that her doghouse makes a great fort to play in!

Oh, you guys!!! :) What a tricky way to get us to read your blog!! The new little girl, laughter looks great and I'm sure the kids are enjoying her. She looks right at home! So good to read about your time with the medical volunteers. You are both certainly getting to be used in such wonderful ways!Praying for you as always, love ruth
